這一個月下來忙翻了天 , 年底節目一窩蜂的陸續出街 , 給觀眾朋友一次過 ” 疲勞大轟炸 “ ! 不想看到我都很難 ! 我看到自己都想 ” 吐 ” !!! 只能拼了老命的做 , 不求什麼 , 只求每個月 25 號 薪水能平安入袋 !!! 如果有觀眾朋友真的受不了我了 , 真的很抱歉 ! 我只能說 : 緊咬你的牙齒 , 閉一隻眼 ! 日子很快就過了 !!! 
繁忙的日子裡 , 間中總有無止境的 ” 空等待 ” ? 頭腦放空的 ” 等待 ” 拍攝 , 這麼無聊 ! 當然就要找朋友談談電話 , 聊聊八卦啦 ! 這一聊才知道 啊 ! 最近有責新聞這麼大條 !!! 當下就買了兩份報紙來瞧瞧 ………………!
當然知道是誰了啦 ! 那還須要猜 !
只能說可憐的 ” 男歌星 “ ! 只能憑 “味道 ” 愛上一個人 , 還傻傻的被帶出去 ” 停車場 “ 談判 ! 要不然事情就會揭露給報管知道 , 結果人都出來了 , 事情還是照樣曝光 ! 還渾然不知旁邊一直都有人在拍照 ?????? 躲都躲不掉啦 !
這事也別太快斷定誰是誰非 , 誰對誰錯 , 一段已挽不回的破裂婚姻 , 解不開的三角習題 , 心酸的浪漫各中的酸甜苦辣 , 只有主角自知 ! 閒人讀過就算啦 !!!!
沒想到大媽我也來湊一腳內頁 “也有我的新聞 ” ! 這是大約 4 天前記者 ( 燕翎 ) 打給我的一個訪問 , 針對讀者在 fun talk 的一些反應 , 這是我最討厭 , 也最不想回答的一件事 , 很無聊也很笨 , 因為通常內容都不確實 , 有些觀眾也不知道怎麼看節目的 , 自說自爽 , 自己聯想起來就在 fun talk 留言 , 我怎麼一一回話呢 ? 喜歡的就喜歡 , 不喜歡的我怎麼說都會看我不爽的 , 我能怎麼樣 ? ” 藝人 ” 就是我的工作 , 一定有人喜歡你 , 有人又恨不得我早死早好 ! 恨之入骨 ! 都 ok 的 !!!! 只要討厭我那個人不是我老板就好了 , 我要混飯吃的 , 可是這行飯不能混的默默無聞 , 非得大紅大紫 , 熱熱鬧鬧的 , 那大媽我就得繼續努力的搞 , 你們喜歡的就給一點掌聲 , 不喜歡的就繼續的罵吧 ! 要不就是一樣 : 緊咬你的牙齒 , 眼睛一閉 , 過一下就看不到我了 ! 我又一混 25 號一到 , 薪水入袋 , 袋袋平安 就 ok 了 哈 哈 哈 !!!!
也不是啦 ! 雖然在這行那麼多年 , 經歷過這麼多大風大浪 , 我也不敢說對觀眾的批評完全不受影響 , 或無動於終 , 人生攻擊的 , 欲加之罪的 , 無理取鬧的 , 看了都難免 ” 小小受傷 ” ! 只是這些年來學會的是接受度越來越廣 , 看的一樣重 , 但學會放得下 ! 不要說是 ” 藝人 ” 是人都在乎別人對自己的批評 , 我絕對在乎觀眾對我的評語 , 我也會試著從中讓自己變得更好 ! 雖然做不到 “人見人愛 ” ! ” 萬千寵愛 ” ! 只要有一點點人愛 ! 我就心滿意足了 !
謝謝 ( 燕翎 ) 又讓我上報一天 , 一一回答不知道是好是壞 ? 討厭我的那個人會不會就因為我的這一篇解釋之後 , 覺得誤會了我 , 然後在家抱著報紙痛哭流涕 , 從此以後 ” 深深 ” 的愛著我 ????? 鬼懂 ??? 會不會想太多了 !!!!!!! 這又是一天的新聞 , 茶於飯後聊聊就好 , 希望那位 ( 男歌星 ) 也一樣 , 明天一覺醒來又是全新的一天 , 隔夜的報紙 ! 天下本無事 , 庸人自擾之 .

其他艺人的日记多数写到他们日常生活和近况，而你却直截了当把你的想法坦荡荡得写下，真佩服！
我也是今天随便翻阅报纸，知道本地艺人又牵涉到负面新闻，更不知道他是被偷拍的。这类新闻都看到腻了啊！只希望他能化险为夷。
你的那则新闻我没看到，但觉得问题出在树大招风，不爽你大红大紫，有什么事，就闹什么事。

As usual, what you have gone through personally has more or less make you see the world through, and are able to instintly know what the reporters are up to.
As far as I can see, Whoever read and follow the news will know that the whole thing is blown out of porportion…I only felt so extremely sorry for the ones that got dragged in without comitting any crimes (wrongs).

we can’t satisfy everybody’s needs. some people like you and others dislike you. some words may hurt you deeply and some other words are wonderful and meaningful to your heart.
don’t be dishearted. don’t bother or think too much. i believe most of us know who you are and what are your true characters and personalities. don’t worry.
just look forward towards a fresh new day ahead when you wake up on the following day.
i’m not tired of watching you on tv every time. but sometimes i’m quite sad of not seeing both you and bryan on air.
however the recent fri’s variety show, i am actually looking forward to reach home on time to watch and video it down so that i’ll be able to watch it whenever i’m sad or unhappy. thank you for you both to bring so much laughter to me. i remember the days when both of you were still with mediaworks, 2 of you were great partners. knowing how to bring laughter to the audience (still remember how bryan make fun of you and you making fun on bryan). 
(personally i really miss the making fun scene… ENJOY!) i think both of you also enjoy it, right.

Remember the 2 Chinese newspaper at night are tabloid, but i still dont understand why a lot of people like to buy it??? Pity about those reporter n journalist. Graduated from U but work in such environment.

I like your style coz
- you are living for yourself and not others,
- you know what you want,
- you dun need a script while hosting
- you are so natural
It’s a shame that most of the local hosts suck (other than Brian Wong)!
Either they can’t speak proper Mandarin or ah beng or boring.
Still, Taiwanese hosts are more talented and creative. I will tune to SCV channels if you or Brian are not hosting.
We need you to uphold the standard!

嗨怡風姐. 我也覺得你不要太在意別人對你的批評. 我舉個例子,燕姿現在是個天后級的歌手,但不是每個人都喜歡她.她以前嘗試遷就,可是她卻苦了自己.
我也是遇到這種問題.我也受傷過,但我提醒自己,我還有其他事情要做,沒空去想這件事.如果妳覺得妳對得起自己的話,又何必在意別人對你的批評,尤其是沒建設性的批評.
我引述楊貴媚最近說了一句對裴琳的吸大麻事件有關的話,那就是 “妳沒對不起誰，妳對不起妳自己”. 所以只要你不做一些傷害別人或傷害自己的事的話,有甚麼好難過的.
